Always a Wildcat star, Zac Efron has stolen the hearts of people all over the world. Although he is a great actor, Efron has also become known for his fit body. A look at the edge of the swimming pool Pictures from Instagram is all you need to see why.

Her date right now for breakfast? Kodiak Protein Rolled Oats and Electric flapjacks. Efron even posted a video on instagram make his morning pancakes. According to Kodiak, Power Flapjacks are 100% whole grain with 14 grams of protein per serving. It’s a good dose of protein in the morning!

Likewise, the oat packets are 100% whole grain with 12 grams of protein. I don’t eat a lot of sweets, but when I do, I always look for the healthier option. Kodiak gives me that while making it easy to make,” Efron said.
