“You want to aim for at least half of the grains you eat in a day to be whole grains,” says Doan. Popcorn is also high in vitamins, minerals, and fiber, making it a great snack.

When trying to beat the heat in the summer, popsicles are a great solution, but many are loaded with an overload of sugars and food coloring. For this recipe, you only need three simple ingredients.

Strawberry Peach Popsicles Recipe (makes 10 popsicles)
