Sundae Station

Located at 1240 W Wooster St., The Sundae Station has started serving their fall flavors. One of them is their Pumpkin Pie Avalanche Specialty, which consists of a slice of real pumpkin pie mixed with soft vanilla cream and topped with whipped cream. They also have apple cider slushies that can be served with or without caramel and can be mixed with a soft vanilla cream. Plus, their fall menu includes treats like pumpkin milkshakes, pumpkin cheesecake avalanches, pumpkin pie ice cream, and apple and caramel sundaes. In addition to the fall treats, they also have a variety of hot sandwiches and appetizers to keep you warm against the chilly winds of Bowling Green.

Local Roots Juice Co.

While it’s a bit of a drive to 306 Elm St. in Perrysburg, Local Roots Juice Co. has fun pumpkin and fall flavors that are worth checking out. In addition to their normal variety of Acai bowls, smoothies, toast, cold-pressed juices and more, their menu has expanded with a few seasonal goodies. One of them includes their new fall acai bowl which features fall spice, gluten free granola, fruit, honey, almond butter and cinnamon. They also have a new pumpkin protein smoothie that’s both filling and vegan. Fall flavors are also found in their Pumpkin Cranberry Oatmeal which incorporates pumpkin spice and organic maple syrup. Overall, Local Roots Juice Co. is perfect for anyone looking for the healthier side of fall treats.

NeNe’s sweets

NeNe’s Sweets is best known for its cupcakes, macaroons, cheesecakes and ice cream. Located at 10307 Belmont Meadows Ln., NeNe’s has started releasing its fall goodies. These include a pumpkin cheesecake topped with cream cheese buttercream and a Dutch apple cupcake filled with caramel and topped with cinnamon and caramel buttercream. To remind you of late fall evenings, there’s also an S’Mores cupcake, a chocolate cake on graham cracker crumbs with a marshmallow cream and topping. Additionally, NeNe’s offers a variety of treats where classic fall tastes such as apple and cinnamon can be added.

Bowen-Thompson Student Union

Not in the mood for a drive to Perrysburg or a stroll through the city center? You don’t have to go too far to get your favorite fall treats at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union. Starbucks and Jamba Juice are now selling their fall drinks. Starbucks now offers its classic pumpkin spice taste in Frappuccinos, lattes and cold beers, and offers drinks that taste like apple crisp. Additionally, Jamba Juice is now serving their pumpkin smoothie. This drink comes in its classic form and can also be made from plants. The herbal version uses oat milk instead of 2% milk, but both versions have the classic taste of fall.
