Celebrate Women’s Day with these fun drinks

With Women’s Day just around the corner, we’ve curated a range of recipes that invite you to relax with loved ones and celebrate the inspiration that women are!

From Orange and Pepper Twist to Peppermint G&T. And of course, the classic Gin and Tonic, it’s time to make the occasion livelier.

Cranberry G&T


●50ml Bombay Sapphire

●30 ml of cranberry juice

● 70 ml premium tonic water

●A wedge of lime


● Fill a balloon glass with ice

●Add 50ml of Bombay Sapphire

●Add 30 ml of cranberry juice

● Top up with 70ml of premium tonic water

● Garnish with a wedge of lime

Peppermint G&T


●50ml Bombay Sapphire

●40ml peppermint tea

● 60 ml premium tonic water

●Sprig of mint

●Star anise


● Fill a balloon glass with ice.

●Add 50 ml of Bombay Sapphire and 40 ml of peppermint tea.

● Complete with 60 ml of premium tonic water.

● Garnish with a sprig of mint and a star anise.

Bombay Sapphire and Tonic –


●50ml Bombay Sapphire

●100 ml of tonic

●A wedge of lime


●Pour 50ml of Bombay Sapphire into a balloon glass

● Squeeze a wedge of lime and drop it

●Add 100ml of tonic water and stir

Gin Basil Smash and Tonic


● 25 ml Bombay sapphire

●50 ml cucumber tonic

●9 basil leaves

● 2 lemon wheels

● Caster sugar


●Using the flat end of a bar spoon, gently crush 2 slices of lemon with the caster sugar

●Add 9 basil leaves with stems, crush again for 10-15 seconds before adding 25ml Bombay Sapphire

● Shake well with ice cubes

●Add 50ml of cucumber tonic to the shaker and shake briefly

● Fill a stemless wine glass with ice cubes and finely strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with 1 basil leaf

●50ml Bombay Sapphire

● Limoncello

●1 sprig of thyme

●A wedge of lime

● Cucumber tonic water


● Fill a balloon glass with ice and a lightly squeezed lemon wedge.

● Shake 50ml of Bombay Sapphire, limoncello and 1 sprig of thyme in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into a balloon glass

● Top with cucumber tonic water and stir gently

●Garnish with another sprig of thyme

Spicy mullet

Spicy mullet


●45ml Bombay Sapphire

●15ml lime juice

● Aromatic bitterness

●30ml ginger beer

● Lime wedge

● Cinnamon stick


●Fill a mullet cup with ice

●Add 45 ml of Bombay Sapphire,

●Add 15 ml of lime juice and dashes of aromatic bitters

● Top up with 30 ml of ginger beer

● Garnish with a lime wedge and a cinnamon stick

Orange and pepper twist


●50ml Bombay Sapphire

● 100 ml tonic water (chilled and freshly opened)

●1 orange wedge

●2 whole black peppercorns


● Squeeze an orange wedge into a balloon glass

●Add two black peppercorns

● Pour in the Bombay Sapphire and swirl the glass to mix and infuse

● Fill the glass completely with ice cubes and stir to mix and cool.

● Top up with 100 ml of tonic water by pouring it gently into the bar spoon to retain as much effervescence as possible.

●Fold/stir gently with a bar spoon to combine
