âAdditionally, a large portion of sex takes place in the brain, so when we consciously eat to support our brain health, we are helping our minds deal with potential health issues like anxiety or depression, which generally decrease libido.”
However, it’s not just about what you eat, but how you use the food in the bedroom, as this can increase anticipation and desire.
